TB Green Premix Ex Taq (Tli RNase H Plus) provides reduced PCR inhibition caused by the presence of double-stranded RNA/cDNA hybrids remaining after cDNA synthesis. This inhibition is common when using low or RNase H minus RTs, and with GC-rich templates and/or genes with poor expression. The presence of dsRNA/cDNA hybrids is a frequent cause of poor qPCR amplification and/or reaction failure. TB Green Premix Ex Taq (Tli RNase H Plus) prevents this potential problem at no additional cost and without requiring a separate RNase H digestion step prior to qPCR. 200 Rxns

cienCell's Relative Human Telomere Length Quantification qPCR Assay Kit (RHTLQ) is designed to directly compare the average telomere length of the samples. The telomere primer set recognizes and amplifies telomere sequences. The single copy reference (SCR) primer set recognizes and amplifies a 100 bp-long region on human chromosome 17, and serves as reference for data normalization. The carefully designed primers ensure: (i) high efficiency for trustworthy quantification; and (ii) no non-specific amplification. Each primer set has been validated by qPCR with melt curve analysis and gel electrophoresis for amplification specificity and by template serial dilution for amplification efficiency.

During the purification the sample containign Ig's is first mixed with PuroMAG Protein A/G coated beads. During 30 min incubation the Ig’s bind to PuroMAG-PRAG beads via their Fc region. The samples are then placed on a magnetic rack for pull-down and washhing to produce a purified compelex of antibodies bound to Protein A/G beads. Bound antibodies can then be covalently cross linked to bead-immobilized Protein A/G to get a very stable bead-antibody

RNase A degrades single-stranded RNA at the C and U residues by cleaving the phosphodiester bond between the 5’-ribose of the nucleotide and the phosphate group that is connected to the 3’-ribose of the neighboring pyrimidine.
RNase A (Ribonuclease A) is commonly used in plasmid DNA and genomic DNA purification to remove contaminating RNA from DNA preparation. RNase A is also used in RNase protection assays and RNA sequence analysis.
RNase A is isolated from bovine pancreas and heat treated to inactivate any potential DNAse contamination.

The enzyme was cloned in E.coli and is isolated to be free of unspecific endo- or exonucleases according to the current quality control procedurese. Taq DNA Polymerase is a highly processive 5primendash3prime DNA polymerase that lacks 3primendash5prime exonuclease activity. It consists of a single polypeptide chain with a molecular weight of approximately 95 kDa. The enzyme exhibits highest activity at a pH of around 9 (adjusted at 20 C) and temperatures around 75 C. Taq DNA Polymerase also accepts modified deoxyribonucleosidetriphosphates as substrates and can be used to label DNA-fragments either with radionucleotides digoxigenin fluorescein or biotin.The high processivity absence of exonuclease activity and temperature optima of Taq DNA Polymerase enable the use of this enzyme in DNA sequencing especially where the reSOLUTIONon of secondary structures plays a major role.
